Custom LED Lanyards or wristbands might be designated for specific hospitality tiers or fan zones, requiring a granular level of planning.
- Creative Integration: How will the wearable LED technology interact with the show's lighting, video, and pyrotechnics? We work with the creative team to understand their vision cue by cue. This involves integrating our proprietary software with their master show control systems, whether via DMX, timecode, or our own dedicated RF transmitters.
- Logistical War-Gaming: Getting 32,000 wristbands to The O2 for a Wizkid residency, or 54,000 to Medellín for a landmark Maluma concert, is a global logistical challenge. We chart shipping routes, customs clearance, and ground transport months in advance. We build in contingencies for delays, creating a robust supply chain that can withstand the unpredictable nature of global touring.

When the flight cases are finally unlatched at the venue, the theoretical becomes tangible. The on-site rollout is a race against time, executed by a highly trained team of technicians and distribution staff. The final step before doors open is the system-wide test and activation. Each wristband is pre-checked for battery life and functionality. As the audience enters, the wristbands are inert, saving power. The first pulse of light across 50,000 people is the culmination of months of planning and hours of intense on-site work.
